#73 – 5/28

Another rainy day in the forecast, so this WOD is perfect for inside action. This progression is three rounds as fast as possible:

  • 50 squats
  • 25 burpee broad jumps
  • 50 lunges
  • 25 burpee broad jumps
  • 50 sit-ups

Today’s tip to curb mindless eating is to keep some foods out of sight. In a research study involving chocolate candies, participants ate candy 71% more often when they could see it in a clear bowl versus a colored bowl. Scientists hypothesize that seeing food pushes you to consciously decide whether to eat it, so when you see it more often, you increase the chances you’ll choose to eat the food.
