Saturday’s WOD is sure to make your legs eager for Sunday’s rest day! Complete five rounds as fast as possible:
- 20 burpees
- 20 box jumps
- 40 air squats
Not only are there benefits to breaking your fast each day, but there are disadvantages if you don’t, such as being more likely to be overweight, less likely to meet your fruit and vegetable consumption goals, and more likely to consume unhealthy snacks. In addition, studies have shown that children or adolescents who skip breakfast are more likely to be overweight.
As we enter this holiday weekend, please honor those who have fallen while serving our country. Their actions and commitment to a greater cause are a reminder that our liberties are hard-earned and worth defending.
