#67 – 5/22

We are very fortunate to have amazing instructors, and the past two weeks have included three new instructors’ debuts – Jonathan, Mackenzie and Rhonda! Friday’s WOD is five rounds of the following:

  • 30 seconds sit-ups
  • 30 seconds push-ups
  • 30 seconds squats
  • 30 seconds jumping jacks
  • 60 second rest
