If you aren’t able to make classes and still want to get a workout in, Wednesday’s WOD is all about getting vertical → complete this exercise 3x through:

2 jump squats/2 burpees – 4 jump squats/4 burpees in a 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2 progression

Annslee wants to you include choline in your diet to help with your mood, memory, muscle control, and other nervous system and brain functions.
