Monday’s WOD is one to do for time and assess your current fitness level.
Complete six rounds of:
- 24 Squats
- 24 Push-ups
- 24 Walking Lunge Steps
The next under-appreciated superfood is hemp seeds. Hemp seeds have a special combination of omega-3 fatty acids, omega-6 fatty acids, specifically, gamma linolenic acid that also helps to fight inflammation. These seeds are often used in oatmeal and smoothies and also contain iron, manganese, magnesium and zinc.
