Last WOD of this week focuses on the lower body. It’s another Darebee workout where you complete three, five or seven sets based on your current fitness level.
- 10 half jacks
- 20 side leg raises (each)
- 10 torso twists
- 10 goblet squats (weighted if able)
- 20 squat hold punches (weighted if able)
Saturday’s superfood is tempeh, a fermented food that is a favorite for vegetarians. Tempeh has more nutrition than tofu since the entire soybean is present, and it is higher in protein, fiber and minerals as well.
