#60 – 5/15

Friday’s WOD is all about the number 23 → complete as many reps as possible in 23 minutes:

  • 23 air squats
  • 23 push-ups
  • 23 kettlebell swings
  • 23 jumping lunges
  • 23 sit-ups
  • 23 box jumps

Today’s superfood is cauliflower which is high in fiber, contains vitamins C, K, B6, and many minerals important to your diet including folate, pantothenic acid, potassium, manganese, magnesium, and phosphorus. It can be added to nearly any dish and takes on the flavors of the dish extremely well. It’s versatile, low in calories, and should be a staple in your diet.

We are definitely experiencing Spring weather, and our outdoor classes may change with a few hour’s notice – please look for an email if inclement weather is expected. Virtual classes will continue, and we hope to get back in the gym soon!
