- 20 burpees
- 30 jumping jacks
- 25 squats
- 20 lunges
- 20 high knees
- 20 side lunges – left
- 20 side lunges – right
- 15 single leg calf raises – left
- 15 single leg calf raises – right
- 30 alternating jumping lunges
- Repeat 3-5 times based on your fitness level
The next super food on our list is lentils, a type of legume, that is associated with decreased inflammation and improved gut flora and a lower risk of colon cancer. Just ¾ cup cooked lentils contains 6 grams of fiber and 13 grams of protein. They’re inexpensive, produced in Canada, and can easily be added to your diet in many ways.
