1. KB Swings & V Ups
2. Lateral Shuffle to Burpee & Glute Bridges
3. Split Squat Jumps & Spiderman Push Ups
4. Thrusters & Walk Outs
5. Box Jump & Side Plank w/ Dip (each side)
