Do the circuits 3 times through with a 1 minute rest in between

50 Jumping Jacks

15 triceps (overhead with weight or dips on chair)

20 squats

15 V-sits or V-ups

50 mountain climbers

10 pushups

10 burpees

30 bicycle crunches

50 high knees

10 chest presses

30 plank shoulder taps

10 reverse lunges (each side)

50 skaters

15 flies

20 squat with calf raise

15 plank rotations

It definitely feels like Spring with the pollen and other allergens. If you suffer from environmental allergies, you can help control with your diet.

Inflammation is the body’s natural response to allergic reactions. Essential fatty acids play an important role in controlling inflammation. In addition, Omega-3 fatty acids (found in fish and plant oils) may be beneficial for individuals with asthma. Asthma can be exacerbated by allergies; therefore, asthma sufferers should be especially sure to incorporate sufficient levels of Omega-3s and essential fatty acids in their diets. You should eat olive oil and vegetable oils, nuts, flaxseeds, and fish.

Your body’s response to an allergen by creating inflammation, and many foods can help control inflammation. Look for those containing essential fatty acids such as Omega-3 acids found in fish and plant oils. These can also benefit asthma sufferers. Try consuming olive oil, nuts, flaxseeds and fish to help feel better.
