Saturday’s WOD requires a weight of your choice – preferably a kettlebell.
After each body weight set, perform 10 kettlebell Swings. Rest for no more than 2 minutes between sets. Complete 5 rounds.

- 10 V-Ups
- 10 KB Swings
- 10 Pull Ups
Make a delicious salad after your warm weather workout. Iceberg lettuce is 96 percent water, but other varieties, such as romaine, are more nutritious and contain a large percentage of water as well.
