30 mountain climbers

20 tricep dips

20 walking lunges

20 burpees

30 second side plank each side

1 minute high knees

Repeat x3

Cool down with a short jog or run and remember to stretch!

The weather is warming up, and it’s perfect for outdoor exercise as well as landscaping and gardening. This week we’ll cover foods to eat when working in hot weather. Melon is your friend during warmer months, as it’s made up of 90 percent water, and is a great recovery snack. Check out this link for an appropriate cantaloupe serving size.
