#34-4/19

Sunday is your rest day unless you’re joining us for virtual Pilates at 9:00 AM.

To avoid extra trips to the grocery store, make sure you’re properly storing the food you’ve already purchased.

The following produce items should be refrigerated:  apples, cantaloupe, kiwi, plums, apricots, honeydew, cauliflower, lettuce, cucumber, cabbage, broccoli and Brussels sprouts.

Keep these items at room temperature:  avocados, bananas, nectarines, peaches, watermelon and tomatoes.

In general, keep your fruits and vegetables separated, as they are gas releasers (fruits) or gas sensitive (vegetables), and you risk speeding decay of the sensitive foods.

We’ve got a special ride coming up, Tuesday, April 21st at 6:00 PM! Although we can’t be together at the gym, you’re still invited to join in at home for Selena’s annual ride to commemorate Prince and his music. Selena will be joined by special guest, April Buss, who will co-teach. It’s on the schedule, it’s free to all, so get signed up now! If you need assistance or are unfamiliar with virtual classes, let us know, and we’ll get you set up.
