For your Friday WOD, you have 12 minutes of continuous activity. Complete as many rounds as possible during this time:
- 24 jumping lunges
- 24 sit ups
- 24 double unders (if you don’t have a jump rope, substitute mountain climbers with your hands on the wall instead of the ground; ball slams or farmer carries are also good options.)
