WOD #15 – 3/31

Today’s WOD consists of 10 rounds of the following:
6 lunges, alternating each side
12 push-ups
12 squats
6 jump squats
30 second squat hold
Add a kettlebell or weights for an additional challenge. Take advantage of warm days with a run, jog, walk or bike ride.

Are you drinking enough water? Did you know that water can boost the number of calories you burn and increase your metabolism by 24-30% over 1-1.5 hours. Aim for 2 liters a day on average unless you have health conditions with recommendations otherwise. It’s best to drink before meals for weight loss and digestion.
