As general manager of Sisbro Incorporated, I am please to recommend NuFit for You to provide a fitness/nutrition program for your organization.

In early January, Sisbro began an eight week program for our office staff and family members that NuFit implemented. The group consisted of about 22 people ranging in age from 12 to 74, all at different fitness levels.

Nufit designed a program to meet the needs of each person where they were individually, even though we worked in a group setting. Those participating had daily access via email to Jen and Angie if questions or concerns needed addressed. Both responded timely. At the close of the program, our group lost 189 pounds, reduced body fat by 31.8%, had an 86 inch reduction in body measurements and did 659 pushups.

The program did more than help Sisbro become healthier. It brought us all together as coworkers that added lots of excitement to our daily time together at work. As a manager, I also saw people “come out of their shells” and do things neither I nor they ever thought they would. That excitement has carried on since then with many from the group now taking specialized classes that NuFit provides.
