My name is Shana Sparks. I am Les Mills and NETA group certified. I have been a group fitness instructor since 2001 teaching Pilates, boot camps, kickboxing, and muscle conditioning. I also teach Cycling and Core conditioning.
I have an amazing Fiancee named Jason, a son named Tanner, and Jason’s two beautiful daughters, Mackenzie and Madison.
