  Triple Threat - BEST of ALL worlds! Rowing, Cycling & Pilates - all in ONE HOUR!
TurboFit - Total BODY workout. Combo of P90X and TurboKICK! Strength & Cardio...SUPER FUN!
BodyFIT - Head to toe muscle endurance. Let's push your mental limits!
CrossCircuit - Uses wide variety of equipment and techniques to provide a total body work out for all fitness levels
CycleLATES - 30 minutes of Indoor Cycling and 30 minutes of Pilates - the BEST of both worlds (please bring your own mat)
Indo-Row - A transforming total body workout that challenges the body and focuses the mind.
Pilates - A CORE exercise movement that focuses on strength, stability & flexibility (please bring your own mat)
PowerCYCLE - Indoor Cycling class that focuses on power, speed, strength and heart rate; burns 500 - 700 calories
  Tai Chi - Meditation in motion - promotes serenity through gentle movements - connecting the mind and body
Yoga - Hatha Yoga allows you to create balance in your body and mind. (please bring your own mat)
Zumba - Ditch the workout, join the party!
RowLATES - 30 minutes of rowing followed by 15 minutes of Pilates-a great duo for toning and tightening! (please bring your own mat) 30 minutes of cycling followed by 30 minutes of weight training with the body bar- a great combination for slimming down and toning up.
Indo-Row/Bar - 30 minutes of rowing followed by 30 minutes of the body bar- for sleek muscle tone.
Rotary Indo-Row - Rowing class for Rotary club members.
