My name is Jenna Hull and I have been a trainer with NuFIT for you since 2012. When I started this journey to a healthier life I had not regularly worked out in 37 years.

Maddie Bohr

Trainer

Maddie graduated with an Exercise Science degree and a minor in coaching from Lindenwood University in May of 2017.  She received certification through the NSCA in Jauary to become a certified Strength and Conditioning specialist.

My name is Ashley Huber. I am a full-time Registered Nurse on Blessed Beginnings at Blessing Hospital, where I have the privilege of taking care of families during one of the most precious moments in their lives.

About Us

NuFIT for YOU is a group fitness and personal training facility located in Quincy, IL. We believe in a personal approach to wellness, in an intimate environment where our focus is YOU.. We offer over 65 fitness classes per week. We also offer athletic team training and one on one personal training. With 5 personal trainers on staff we can train on your time.
 
NuFIT  offers classes in Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Indo-Row, Cardiosculpt, Strength Training, The CRT Method, Zumba, PiYO, Body Bar, H.I.I.T, Kettlebell AMPD, and TRX Suspension Training.  We also train at several area businesses to help your company stay healthy and strong. With one on one personal trainers and small group trainings, we can meet your every need.
