My name is Jenna Hull and I have been a trainer with NuFIT for you since 2012. When I started this journey to a healthier life I had not regularly worked out in 37 years.

I have been a member of the NuFIT team for the past 4 years. I have been active my whole life through the sport of track and field and specialize in endurance training as a USATF level one certified coach. I teach circuits, HIIT, TRX suspension training, and boot camps at NuFIT. I love to keep my classes fresh and challenging for individuals of all fitness levels. In addition, I enjoy lifting weights and believe it is important to be strong in all aspects of life. I find it incredibly rewarding to watch others find their own personal strength with a healthy balance of both physical and mental well-being, because throughout life, “you have to get to the point where you love your body and yourself enough to take care of it.”  I am inspired by what the human body is capable of doing; it is so much more that the mind ever thought!

Hi! I’m Heather Sommers. I’m  a mother of  four awesome kids; Julian, 13, Adrian, 11, Layla, 9, and Veronica, 6.

I have had a love and passion for exercise since adolescence. My mother was an amateur bodybuilder, and I used to love hanging out in the gym with her.

 I’ve played various sports and none have caught my heart more than roller derby. I co-founded Quincy’s Women’s league back in 2010. I am involved with practice and training for the team. As of June 2015 and at the request of my children, I helped form and coach an amazing group of junior roller derby skaters.

I am beyond thrilled to be a part of NuFIT and all the awesome people surrounding it. I have been involved in yoga for over 15 years and it’s an important part of my everyday way of life. I became a certified personal trainer through NETA this year, and I am passionate about helping people reach their personal goals. I also teach various group fitness classes and am involved in our Bootcamps.

NuFIT for YOU offers you a choice when you train! We offer a one-on-one approach to meet your wellness goals through our certified personal trainers. We have the tools needed to create a plan tailored for you based on your age, fitness level, and  goals. 

About Us

NuFIT for YOU is a group fitness and personal training facility located in Quincy, IL. We believe in a personal approach to wellness, in an intimate environment where our focus is YOU.. We offer over 54 fitness classes per week. We also offer athletic team training and one on one personal training. With 4 personal trainers on staff we can train on your time.
 
NuFIT  offers classes in  AMPD Power Flow, Body Bar, Body Pump,  Cardio-sculpt, The CRT Method, H.I.I.T, Kettlebell AMPD, Indoor Cycling, Indo-Row, Pilates, Strength Training, and TRX Suspension Training. 
 
We also train at several area businesses to help your company stay healthy and strong. With one on one personal trainers and small group trainings, we can meet your every need
